Located 30 minutes south of Jackson Hole, Snake River Sporting Club is a sprawling 800-acre private club community tucked just out of sight of the iconic Grand Teton mountain range. As the club was preparing to break ground on dozens of new luxury homes, it needed a way to break into Jackson Hole’s luxury real estate market. New Thought devised a strategy that turned the club’s perceived shortfall, its distance from town, into an attractive competitive advantage.

Where Beauty Resides and Discovery Awaits
New Thought developed targeted brand language and a visual identity that positions Snake River Sporting Club as Jackson’s last western oasis bordered only by river and wilderness. A pointed tagline, “Where beauty resides and discovery awaits” alludes to the majesty of the property, while a longer format brand statement informs the mechanics of all other foundational language.

Transcendent Web Design
New Thought designed Snake River Sporting Club’s website as a window into the property’s lifestyle amenities. Featuring multiple video backdrops, experiential photography, and immersive overviews of the club’s real estate offerings, snakeriversportingclub.com transports visitors to the last of the old west. New Thought also built custom-curated experience pages and a sophisticated lodging reservation tool to make visiting in person as easy as clicking “Book Now.”

Promoting a Better Jackson Hole Experience
Jackson Hole’s summer visitor season sees an influx of town square crowds, excess traffic, and busy trails systems, hardly the serene atmosphere prospective homeowners are looking for. New Thought developed a national media campaign that challenged these shortcomings and invited potential homeowners to find respite from Jackson’s crowded roadways at Snake River Sporting Club.

Capturing the Spirit of the West
New Thought’s production team created a suite of experiential images and a short series of anthem videos designed to highlight Snake River Sporting Club’s best features. From blue-ribbon trout fishing to ice skating adjacent the Snake River, the club’s amenities sell the experience.

In order to convey a sense of pride and high touch through the marketing vertical, New Thought created a suite of brand materials including a custom story booklet, waterproof trail maps, branded sales brochures, and beautiful letterpress event invitations.
